Bogland's fertile ground sprouts toxic toiletries and synthetic sanitary scents; precariously piled toilet rolls form a waterlogged landscape of large looming forms blossoming with soft yellows, pale blues and baby pinks alongside lumpen masses of putrid matter. The dense clusters chatter with zest, ooze passion fruit slime and glisten with strawberry dew. Cotton bud urchins lurk and bath-bomb bulges crumble as talcum powder sprinkles across the fantastical expanse. The blur between domesticity and ecological decay critiques humanity’s obsession with artificial cleanliness, beauty ideals and disposable consumption of natural, feminised resources.
